Should I do this? 1989 Honda Prelude-$300?!
I was on Recycler.com and I found a 1989 Honda Prelude thats like 20mi from my house and I called the guy. The ad said $400 but I got him down to $300. The problem is that it has a blown head gasket. Now, keep at mind I work at an import domestic body and mechanical shop out here (Auto Mod on Sierra HWY) and this can also be my Senior Project at school. So is it a good idea or bad idea?
Im gonna talk more tomarrow to him. Im deffinately going to check it out soon tho. Im an idiot I forgot to ask milage. Do'h! But Im gonna write down a list of stuff to ask him tomarrow. He said that everything esle is in good condition. Its an Si so its all the power crap in it.

MIGHT be a good deal. But just remember..it is not how much the car costs. It's the amount of money needed to get it on the road. It can become a headache and a money pit.
I just know that they come in both carburater and fuel injection..But carburated cars are not as bad as people say they are, my friend has a 88 civic hb carburated and hasn't had any problems since he got it three years ago. It is still a good deal for the 300 if everything else is good.
