what all do i need to install place racing crossmember???

what all do i need to install place racing crossmember???
bad news: i hit a semi-truck tire head on going 70mph on the freeway.
good news: after seeing the $340 price tag for an OEM Honda X member my insurance is allowing me to purchase a place racing crossmember.
however i thought the PR cross member was a straight bolt on but after reading the overboost.com site it says i need modified radius rods as well as an additional mount to get the EG radiator in there...is that true??
what all do i need?? cause i have to say $180 is phenomenal if thats all i need.
