simple question

LS block with 145,000 miles
GSR head 5x,xxx
GSr tranny 5x,xxx

Should i put it together without pistons?

yes or no?

Hells no. If you got it apart and the block and pistons have over 100k miles, it is definitely worth dropping some new OEMs back in at least. Go with the PR3s.
