Fuel pump power wire upgrade ?

Fuel pump power wire upgrade ?
Where is the wire and what color is it in a 89 DX ? I found a yellow/B;ack wire, but I'm thinking it must just be the "relay turn-on wire" b/c its pretty small.. Any help or link would be great, thanx.
