Which NGK spark plug should I buy at O'Reilly for two steps colder than OEM. I need to know the model number and what should it be gap at. Thanks.

 

Found out what they are. For ls integras you should get ZFR7F-11 NGK plugs. The 7 indicates that it is 2 steps colder. OEM plugs are ZFR5F-11 . Use colder plugs for nitrous, turbo, or sc applications. It will help prevent denation which is very bad for the engine.

What does colder plugs do for an na car? I need new plugs soon and I had found cold plugs cheap one time.. just wondering..
