hey guys, im about to do a header swap on my 93 accord....any tips or suggestions on how to approach it?

 

so you got a header..please dont call it a swap unless it's a motor, tranny, etc.

torque down everything, new gasket, o2 sensor wrench, dont forget to put anti serze on the thread of the sensor, that's about it..
oh yeah, jack stands is your best friend now.

I'm confused....he is "SWAPPING" out the old header for an aftermarket one....

Also...I'm pretty sure he can type/say whatever he wants to...right?

thanks for the help....my old A-Pipe is shot, i am taking that out and putting in its place a new P.O.S header and A-pipe. Not "swapping" it..... what is Anit Serze and where do i get an O2 wrench?

it was a typo... he meant to type anti-seize... you can get both from autozone... if you don't want to buy the o2 socket, you can simply rent it from autozone as well. once you return the tool, you get a full refund. (free rental)

 

any idea how much the new gasket is?
