Anyone have any pics of 25" slicks on a civic?
Just like the topic says, I just got a set of 25" M@H slicks mounted on bogarts and wondered how much I would have to raise the front of the car to clear them. Thanks for any replies.
any pictures of 26/6/15? anybody using this size that you know of?
im thinking about using them for my all motor civic.

Hi (shant) what did you need to know, the 6/26-15 the vw racer's use that size.
Here are the Dimensions of the 6/26-15 =T.W. = 6.0" S.W. = 8.5" Dia. = 26.0" Circ. = 81.7" Rim Size = 6.0"

How much power would you guys recommend for turning theese big boys,I think that they are probably overkill for my setup but I could not pass up this good of a deal. I traded my lensos with 22" M@H (which I bought used), for bogart pro 4s with the 25x8.7 M@Hs on them.

i'd run 25x8 with anything over 425 to the wheels. especially with a smaller bore. the 25x8.7's i'd want at least 500+ to get the most out of them. you can keep them aired alittle high but you need to think about your gearing. run a b16, that'll help offset a low powerband.

Hi (shant) Well you just might pull the center down a little bit, because you are going to use a 7" rim size, I will check tomorrow to see if I have a 7x15" wheel and mount one up and see what it looks like, and I will get back with you.

Thanks for the info Jinx, I'll probably have to get some smaller slicks for them cause I only have around 320-340 at the wheels with a ls trans, I am planning on switching to a b16 trans this winter but they will pbobally still be to big right? Thanks for all the replys and thanks for the pics 60-1.

Well (shant) I mounted the M&H 6/26-15 not a good Idea, if you are putting HP down #1- you are already @ a disadvantage by using a 7" wide rim when it req's a 6" rim size. #2- 6" contact is not much for a FWD car. #3- You would have to but in 18-psi to get the contact patch to form right and by doing that you will only spin, now we are coming back out with the M&H 8/26-15 and we also have right now the M&H 8.5/26-15 sorry for the bad new's.
Good Luck

thanks for all the info. great to have your assistance
with the transmission gear ratios and rim selection i have now, the 23x7.5x15 tire seems to be my best choice. i think i might experiment with 23x7.5x15 and keep my M&H 22/9/13 as a spair set. everything is up in the air right now so im undecided. if I get into the tranny i would like to use a taller tire.
