I was just wodering about the wiring for this zc motor I got. The wires for dizzy, do you just match up colors or are they different collrs? does anyone have a link for this. 5thnks

Im guessing your using a DX harness? All the wires match up..but you have to add 2 extra wires for the crank angle sensor, Im pretty sure there blue wires with a green and yellow stripe.

 

yeah u have to add two pins to tha plug that goes into tha ecu since tha crank angle sensor is out side tha distributor unlike si where it is inside distributor. than run those two wires from those pins. i forget tha pin locations. i hope this is what your looking 4???? and i hope i rememberd right?

 

If he's matching up wires..he must be using a ZC/Si plug, just splice new wires into the plug. No need to add pins to a plug.

 

It is goin in a hf. Already have mpfi just wanted to know as much info before i start cutting. Do you justr match up the colors including crank angle sensor. I remember seeing a link a while ago but search sucks for "zc" since it is only 2 letters.
