Default ef-1 valvetrain

after hearing a lot of good stuff about their products. i decided to drop the skunk2 valvetrain and try out ef-1's. i wanted to know what cams do you guys recommend to run with my setup. m22,m23 or m24. also how is the idle with these cams. btw the motor is a jdm b16a sir2. my setup will consist of:

Bolt Ons, Fuel and cooling: 270cc rc injectors, walbro pump, hondata im gasket,inline4 68-66mm tb, c&r radiator, AN-R header

Tranny: exedy clutch, act 12.5lb flywheel, kaaaz or quafie lsd

Bottom end: Mugen oil pan, type r oil pump, toda timing belt, acl or oem rod, thrust and main bearings, arp rod bolts, shotpeened b16a rods, oem rings, ctr pistons, str block guard, mugen headgasket, arp head bolts.

Head: Ef-1 valvetrain(cam,valve springs,reatainers, and valves), alaniz technologies street/strip headwork,type r lma's.

I am also going to have the crank, rods and pistons balanced.

For electronics i was thinking vafc2, custom ecu, all necessary gauges(egt,oil temp,water temp,oil pressure,fuel pressure,wideband o2,etc...)
I would go with the hondata, but i have no place to get it tuned unless i drive like 4-5 hours to somewhere that can install and tune it.

my current setup i have now is: Jdm b16a sir2, ctr intake cam,aem cai, skunk2 im,str fuel rail, greddy header,2.5" test pipe, hks hi power exhaust, b&m fpr,msd cap and coil, msd sci. i will keep the motor,s2 im,fuel rail, test pipe, exhaust, and the rest i am going to change or get rid of with the parts mentioned above.(should i keep the msd ignition parts)

I am looking to make 200whp with this setup. the compression will be about 11.5:1-12.0:1 and i will run on 94 octane.

what kind of ef-1 cams did rocket use in the 200 whp b16a that him, omniman and many others help build.

I am trying to gather as much info as i can becasue i want to start working on my motor soon so i can have it done by the end of winter/begining of spring and i plan to have the whole car (interior, exterior suspension/brakes) done by the begining of summer.

Thanks

i think they used both cams, and they dyno'd pretty close to each other and they used the m22's for the b16 project

go with hondata..4-5 drive aint that bad..i gotta drive 6-7hours it'll be worth it!

yeah, heres a quote from omniman...

"as you can see it was a little on the lean side even at 67 psi with 270 RC injectors running at 105 duty cycle. the RC injectors are pretty much bullit proof. as far as the cams go, the bigger dynamics barely edged out the smaller m22's by a few whp"

So I guess they did use the dynamic cams... I havent really heard much on those other than theyll be out soon... Anyone hear anything about them?
