Default occasional stuttering while idling

this as been happening for a while now but i never really thought much of it, but it's starting to get annoying cuz everytime it happens i'm afraid my ***** gonna die or something:

the engine doesnt really stutter, it keeps running smooth but while sitting still the car will just start shaking, i was thinkin it might just be uneven backpressure in my exhaust system or something, but the probably seems a little too isolated.

it happens every morning like 10 minutes after i start the car for the first time each day, usually at the exact same intersection every morning.

is there an event that normally occurs within the timeframe mentioned that i could maybe single out as the cause of the behavior?

hmmm... are your valves within specs? have you adjusted them recently? what about all your vacuum lines? egr valve?
wouldn't think it's lack of backpressure since you say you have I/H/E & cat.

i haven't had my valves re-adjusted yet but they dont seem to be clicking or anything. i tested the pcv valve recently and it's functioning correctly, and the egr valve iunno, but i haven't got any CEL's or anything so i assume it's ok. i'll look into it though cuz it does seem like it may have to do with a vacuum line or something.

thanks for your input.
