Can reset ECU compansate for 62404 cams?

Can reset ECU compansate for 62404 cams?
I have my 62404 cams (B18B), however my S-AFC was stolen and I dont have a FPR. So if I install these things and reset the ecu, would the ecu compansate for the better air flow (ie. add more fuel), or do i need to get a FPR?

You need an S-AFC.
For one..the car wont idle without one. At idle teh 62404s dont create enough vacuum (or something to that effect) and teh car runs EXTREMELY rich. I had to lean out my idle 35% with these cams.
The S-AFC can also add fuel so the FPR isnt really needed.
