Default effectivly tuning my suspension

how can i tune my dampers for optimum handling performance , id like a little oversteer because i have a 99 civic cx and everyone knows the steering rack sucks *** , i have tein flex coils. what should my settings be , and what should i look for when tuning for best handling?

what can you adjust? rebound? Compresion? both?

I'm also guessing you have the same problem most of us have and your getting lots of push on turn exit?

first,

swap the front spring to the back and vice versa.
