Whats the difference between a GSR, ITR & CTR LSD?

Can someone tell me which LSD's are the same and which are different. Also does anyone know which tranny has J4D LSD stamp on it...is it a USDM ITR, JDM ITR, or CTR? please help me out..

gsr=no lsd
ITR = ball bearing and tapered type
CTR = ball bearing

J4D LSD = 96 spec itr (usdm,jdm,itr,ctr)
N3E LSD = 98 spec itr (only japan w/ 4.785 FD)

SiR-G had the optional LSD.

ITR/CTR LSD are Helical(Torsen)
SiR-G and pretty much all honda optional LSDs are viscous.
