Since they are changing to a 5-lug are they upsizing the brakes. I'm still unsure if I want to get an 03 or wait a little longer and get the 04.

Same size as the 03s, but the 04s get a much larger turning radius and more weight.

 

Why is the radius larger, have they increased the height of the tires as well?

They decided to put in the steering rack from the RSX to kill the turning circle and steering response. The 04s are also heavier. I'd get an 03 or even a new 02 if you can find one available. The prices should be MUCH lower than what you'll get an 04 for, plus they're better cars.

 

Thanks for the reply. Now, it's whether I want a used 02 or a new 03 from the dealer.

 

You might get lucky and find a new 02. There are still quite a few left out there.

 

I just picked up my new 02 from the dealership last weekend. There are a few here and there. Good luck finding one.
