Default Reliability of all motor?

I am looking to do a swap on my 97 Ek hatch. I am looking to get between 210-220 whp. I am debating on either a b18c1 with the JRSC or an ITR motor and build an all motor setup. The thing is this will be a daily driver so i want it to be reliable. Can this be done well on a all motor setup? I don't want to have to run real high compression or real agressive cams. thanks

b18c1 with some mild cams, ctr pistons, breathing mods, and of course, tuning will yeild about 180-190whp, and will be pretty much reliable.
*edit* can't forget some headwork
good luck with your build

Anything can be made reliable, it just needs to be tuned right.
