Default b16 head and gsr block combo in 90 civic SI?

right now im running a b16 in my EF civic and want to keep it all motor. ive been thinking about doing a gsr block with itr pistons and such. any pointers? andy suggestions? what can i expect for time slips with that setup? what cams should i use also?

The GSR block would be a great upgrade, lots more fun to drive. The CTR pistons would yield a higher compression ratio, but ITR might be for you if you don't get high premium gas in your area.
You would also have to use a GSR/Type R timing belt, so you might as well get a new timing belt, water and oil pump since you're messing with that anyway.

THe cams you should use depend on what kind of power you want to make. For mild power, CTR or Skunk2 Stage I cams. For more power, JUN III or Skunk2 Stage II. Do some research on cams and pistons.
