Default Going from stock struts with coil-overs to Tokico Illuminas with coil-overs

What should I expect to gain? Is the difference between the two night and day? Or is it rather bleek? My ride right now on stock struts is pretty rough. It isn't bouncy but when I go over pot holes or fucked up areas on the road, my *** hurts.

TIA.

The difference will be a total shock from the stock suspension. You will enjoy it

alot. Alot of my frnds have the Tokico Illuminas with either springs or coil-overs

and from that it's a big difference. Also, better handling.

You will now have struts designed to work with lowered ride heights, they also have adjustability with the stock struts did not have. It will be an improvement over the stock struts for sure...

I'd still steer away from pot holes though..........

The ride will bounce less. Stiffer? Yeah if you set them at a high setting, I put my AGXs at full soft in the front and 1 up from that in the rear for street use. I just got back from the track this weekend so they're still on 2f and full hard rear, I absolutely hate it

I have that exact setup and I love it. I've had it one for like 3 weeks and so far I have kept it on level 5 and the ride is bumpy as hell, but I'm taking turns like they're nothing now. Also if you're running regular tires, watch out for fishtailing in the rain. Ahhh, you'll love it, I DO!!!
