Default i really need HELP. b16

i have a stock b16 and when i step on the gas, it makes a bogging sound and motor feel like ****. also i was driving one day and i the rpm just raised up and down when im going about 2500, its when up to about 4000 and then jump down to about 1300 rpm. i thought it might have been the VSS but when it jumped down, it was hard to drive it back up and seem like it going to break down. what may cause this?? timing??

is my motor blown??

Is the rpm fluctuation at idle?

If so, check all your vacum lines and make sure they are correct...

No, ur motor isnt blown... How are your plug wires? Do they connect fully? I had a problem b4 that seemd like this. I went to Honda and bought some OEM $50 plug wires and it worked perfectly. No more probs after that. It also doesnt sound like a timing problem to me. If it was timing then the car should be jumpy and smoking and running very poorly. not fluctuating rpms. I had shitty acceleration with my bad plug wires and at time it would just slow down and barely run. It felt like it ran on 3 cylinders at some points. When it comes to plug wires go with oem, most aftermarket **** sux.
