what is the best intake and header
I have a 91 
accord i do not care a bout the brand i just would like the best brand for the money

If you want decent quality you gotta pay a bit. I say AEM cold air intake and Greddy, not the cheapest but still far less than the high-end like Mugen.

I would say AEM cold air intake or ingen cold air extension will be your best
right now......for your header i would suggest either dc sports or kamakaze.....
those are the two best dem header in the market right now........
