i need cams and valve springs and retainers

i have a b16 that i would like to have some cams other than stock. i have skunk2 intake manfold and dc headers allready i would like to move on up my dream is to have skunk2 cams but i dont know and i would also like some valves srings other than stock so if any one has any out there let me know thanks

Also, do a search on Ebay for "Civic Type R Cams"

I saw some for sale for CHEAP. Also, it's a good idea to upgrade your lost motion assemblies if you're going to be reving high, because stock ones can break. I also saw JDM Integra Type R LMA's for about 209 bucks US on ebay too.
