Speaking of block girdles...
Would something like this be needed for an all motor set-up?

They have had some problems, but that is because they are short staffed. Things have impoved already, as I made an order with them just last week and its already here!
edit: Also note on that block girdle, I wish they would have had it avaliable when I built my B20, I would have used that one over the Z10 part. I had to have the main caps machined to fit dowels, as well as the Z10 part, not to mention find the right dowels. The Function7 part comes with everything you need, no machining required. And yes, the dowels are needed, just look at the stock ITR part, it has them.

I think a baffled oil pan and non stock rod bolts would be the first steps. For the rev's your doing hmmmm it's tough for me to give a seriously thoughtful answer. I just don't know the higher compression may give you the force to get a full covering girdle.
