Could someone tell me if G3 GS-R ever came with a solid black seats (front and the back)? Could someone tell me or correct me what patterns each of the following years came with?

97 - charcoal
98 - black w/ funky middle inserts (some blue colors...)
99 - ?
00 - ?
01 -?

It seems that mechanically 98+ seats have more adjustability (height?) built into the drivers seat... is this a correct statement?

yup 98+ seat have two ***** that u can adjust height and lateral adjustments
on driver side only. still has that little lever for lumbar adjustments tho

 

My 2001 GS-R has all black leather seats. At some point, 99 or 2000, they started only coming with leather.

It is height adjustable... and there's a little bit of lumbar adjustment too.

actually i think it's 98 they started the leather in all gsr's. that or i got my leather for free.

 

it was 99 when leather came standard in a gsr

Do all LS come w/ leather? If so, since when?

 

GSRs came standard with leather in 99.

LS's dont have leather.
