Hey guys. Any help on this subject would be awesome. I bought a used tranny with 148,000kms on it for my 93 integra. I've installed it and its been in my car for about 2 weeks now.. But when i'm driving in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear theres this weird sound. Kinda like a jet sound engine sound,*winding*. It only happens when i'm driving in these gears. The place i bought it from has another tranny but its out of a stolen integra and they dont know how the milage on it. I have 90 days warrenty on this one So i'd really like to fix it and send the bill back to them.
Well do u guys have any thoughts on this problem?

Could just be the flywheel cover isn't on right. Ive seen that cause the noise you are describing before.

 

take it back and ask for a new transny.

 

swap it!
