Default Taking slicks to race circuit.....

I've got a track day coming up and I'm planning to run a set of full slicks for the day.

Heres my question - Due to the additional amount of grip that slicks provide and subsequently the additional amount of G loading on the car, would I have to modify the stock oil pan in order to avoid oil surging? The last thing I want to do is starve my engine of oil when she needs it most. So would the stock setup be OK?

Make sure to keep your OIL (for those that caught me typing fuel....) topped off. People run into this as an issue on street tires and the track, hopefully its only dropping out of vtec and not so much starvation. Baffeled oil pan is something on my shopping list for the future though, can't hurt.

So what kind of impact will it have if I track it with the stock setup?

Seems like a stoopid question but I thought maybe someone have done it and know what the consequences are..
