Default Need Springs ASAP!

I just got a 90 CRX DX with a B16A1 recently installed. The car is lowered quite a bit, and I do not like this look, or how the ride feels. You hit a pebble and your head hits the celing. I'd like to put the factory springs back in, but if there are some better ones, I'd be willing to check them out. I want a much smoother ride. I'm sorta on a budget here, I just payed for the car in cash.

you could try Progress Group springs. They make a set that is specifically adjusted the extra weight for CRX/Civics w/ a B16 swap. Just an idea.
http://progressauto.com/

This is from there site-
Progress Springs for Civic Transplants
The Progress Group has developed unique Sport Spring designs for the popular Honda Civic applications with engine swaps! The popular Integra and Prelude-based power trains add measurable weight to the front axle, negatively effecting handling characteristics and ride quality.

Progress identified this common issue, and has designed new two-inch drop springs with increased spring rate to compensate for the added weight, re-tuning Civic “Transplants” vehicles for correct ride heights and improved handling.

Transplant owners have made an investment for more power. Now you can add balanced handling and enjoy the added power coming off the corners too! Limited Lifetime Warranty, made in the USA, and available now!

The following items are available now from PROGRESS.
#40.1004 Sport Springs, 88-91 Civic with B series engine, -2.0 lower than stock
List $199 (set of four springs)
#40.1005 Sport Springs, 92-00 Civic with H22 engine, -2.0” lower than stock
List $199 (set of four springs)

Thanks guys, but I'd also not like it to be lowered, if at all possible. It makes for a much too jerky ride.

I have H&R sport springs with GR2's and the ride is excellent. Better than stock IMO. Of course, the stock springs were 12 years old so they rode like junk... However, just because you lower your car doesn't mean it will ride bad. Check out the H&R's...they are not very expensive either. There is also a category of H&R that only lowers the car less than 1 inch so it is not to drastic..but ride quality will be much better than the stock springs.

good luck!
