help!!!
i would assume that there's a fuse that runs all that junk...A buddy of mine used to take his mom's bmw z3 out all the time when she was out of town. he would take out some fuse and all gauges etc. were disabled. Again that's in a z3, not an accord.
the only way i know of would also stop your spedometer from working. remove the 2 screws above the gauges that hold the outer trim panel, and then pry it off. then look around the gauge cluster... they're should be 4 screws. unscrew those to remove the gauge cluster. to get the gauge cluster out, rotate the top towards you... they're should be 3 green connectors plugged into the back of the gauge cluster. the middle one controls your spedometer and odometer. unplugging that one will stop your odometer, as well as your spedometer. reinstall and hope you can accurately judge your speed from your rpm's.
oh... well... yeah, you could always pull the fuse out for the gauge cluster, and none of your gauges will work. but that will also trigger the CEL...
