hey guys, I posted on eg but noone answered, I cut the black wires on my corner lights to make them repeat faster, it worked fine but when I turn the headlights on it blinks really slow, does anyone know how to fix this? i've done it to my accord and my 94 civic and they both were fine..... anyone?

 

hahahahaha GHETTO bro i did that too. may i suggest that u redo the wires back to stock, and do the Relay method. theres a diy somewhere but heres a quick run thru:

1. Repair stock blinker wires
2. Remove your stock flasher relay located under your dash near the fuses. ((should be black and square))
3. open it up and remove the resistor on the top left. looking at the circuit board with the prongs facing down.
4. now this step is going by your own preference. replace resistor with a lower one. IE: twice as fast as stock = 45k. i soldered in a 20K resistor. i dont recommend lower than 20k, as i put in a 10k and it fried the board. ((too much current for the resistor to handle))

then re-insert flasher and your done.

*this method will allow you to keep your parking lights, as the wire cutting method disables them. the faster flasher will also work on the hazards where as the cutting method does not affect the hazards. hope this helps at all

hahaha i think it looks cool to flash hella fast. hahaha i dont care so im a lil ricer at heart ahahahahahahaha. besides flashers are suppsed to signal that ur turning. having flash really fast ensures they notice ur *** hahahahaha. besides its legal.
