Default C.E.L Code 1 and O2 sensor mystery.

Ok this is my problem. When im driving around on the freeway/streets and I proceed to get off the freeway when I began decelerating my CEL comes on and my ecu blinks 1 time.

Whats odd is that it only comes on after i slow down. I know an o2 only works after it heats up BUT I have drive from my house in South San Diego to San Marcos (more enough time to heat up) and the CEL wont come on untill I slow down. I have replaced it with 2 new bosch o2's and just purchased and exchanged 2 oem honda 02's.

I have heard a sticky throttle plate can also cause it to bring up the code.. which is something i also have.

Anyone have any idea's? And Yes I did a search and i couldnt find any answers

Thanks,
Mig

maybe theres a fracture on the wiring from the ecu to the O2
even fi the O2 are good theere might be something wrong in between

I also thought that i may have a short but i used my meter to test out the signal (and also burning myself in the process) but i was getting a correct signal from both ends and even moved the cable around..

Replace the Map sensor with a know good loaner. I burnt a couple of O2 sensors up with a bad MAP sensor either they were cheap O2 sensors or the MAP sensor caused them to smoke. In a different car 1989 Civic Base I have also had an O2 sensor code keep popping up and it didn't go away until I tried a different MAP sensor.
