Finally manged to get my car on the dyno again. At 12psi I made 159.1kws or about 213whp. It was a dynapack dyno but they were using the bigger hubs which are said to read 3-4kws lower then normal. So I'll call it 215whp
Crappy blurry pic of dyno here.. But you can see the curve over all I am pleased just want to get a quaife LSD and try and get some decent times out of it.

Thanks for the replys compliments etc.
Mista Bone here are the spec's the car is a Zxi manual tranny the ratios are given there.

I notice the final drive is 4.3 or something similar but on the dyno they have calculated it for a final drive of 4.1. Will this make a difference??

The car is called a DA5 The engine came standard I don't like sohc's that much! Though they are cheap and you can make decent power.
Mista Bone your looking at the carb'd versions FD, my final drive is 4.437 yeah I do have 17's on so it would be messed up anyway. I think it only make a difference with the torque figures they are to high. I am starting to get a bit worried about it though so I'll ring the dyno technician today to see what they have to say. On another dyno at 10psi I made 196whp so the WHP numbers seem accurate enough..

Cheers guys I think the tuning is letting me down a little, but I am pretty happy overall 1st and 2nd gear are gone in no time.
I'm selling a rebuilt ZC tranny (better gearing) with a Quaife already installed.

Yeah I would love a dohc vtec engine but can't afford to blow the trannies like I can with this.
Bryson I need to find out if your tranny will bolt to my axles I have heard there are 2 different types. I wonder if the diff measurements will be enough to tell whether or not there the same what was it you measured again? What it the diameter of the in input shaft??

youre not worried about your manifold deteriorating from the heat wrap and excessive heat?
what size is your charge piping and why did you choose that size?</TD></TR></TABLE>The manifold is HPC coated so it can't rust its made from thick steampipe so is very robust.
The I/C piping is 2in mandrel bent and I choose it because I thought it the best comprmise between turbo lag and air flow it can flow 300whp but thats about it, I thought that was all I would want. May need to upgrade
Hitting the dyno again soon looking for 250whp on around 15psi.

Heh, that's a nice swap. I like seeing oddball setups. Been talking with a friend about doing it, he wants to drop his turbo engine into a light hatchback, but loves his 3G Integra and wants to be able to rock it as a daily driver. It's cool to have that on your mind, click this link, and see exactly that setup - only with some *****.
