I find that I slide around in them quite a bit during spirited driving.

I find them comfortable on the street, but very annoying to use on the track. Your arms will be sore just trying to hold yourself in place.

The interior is nice, but personally it would grip better if it was sport cloth.

just under 160 and 5'8" - on the street - eh. on the track - not at all. I personally do not care for the seats. they lack support and you slide around in them quite a bit due to the leather. I would prefer a cloth option if they had it.

Nice choice! They say a good seat is worth 2-3 seconds. I think I'm going for the Recaro SPG w/ Willans harness.

Yes, per lap. Obviously not on any and every course. Probably on courses that take about 2 minutes to lap.

Instead of concentrating on keeping yourself from sliding around while cornering you can concertrate on the driving the car around the course.

I've got a pair of red seats that I'm considering replacing in the next couple of months. I'll try to remember to post here when I do.

I hate the leather, you just slide around when on the track. It supports ok, but I opted to get Corbeau Forza seats in mine. They aren't installed yet, but will be this week.

with a seat, its like playing a video game. you stay planted and just turn the wheel.

you don't realize how much leaning and bracing you do untill you don't have to do it anymore.

I found that they were good for normal street driving, but come the track, I'll agree with the general consensus - it's bloody annoying slipping and sliding around in them, you end up having to adjust the seat and using your knees to support you so you don't end up mis-shifting. I say if you're serious about tracking your S2K, then invest in a good bucket seat.

Yeah, it was originally Berlina Black, then I got a C-West Body Kit, so I decided to repaint it Monte Carlo Blue.
