Default Rear rotors? Please confirm 97+ Prelude works; Get at NAPA?

Rear rotors are done. Fronts were an easy fix (Autozone).

I saw one poster who said 97+ Prelude rotors for the rear, but that was it. Is this right?

There was also some discussion hinting that maybe sNAPA had decent rears for cheap. Can anyone confirm this too? If not, I'll try AZ, but that means snail-order, as we don't have AZ here. If not, I guess I'll be doing the H-T report on rotors from Schucks, GI Joes, and the rest of the Pacific Northwest cheapo dealers.

Please help asap. I really don't want to RnR the rear brakes twice.

Wish I had both my cars here to confirm part #'s...but the Lude is w/the Mrs.

according to fastbrakes...they are not the same

But I remember looking @both vehicles, the rear caliper/rotor looks strikingly similar....

they also suggested call Honda and cross check the pt. #'s.. But my local honda has no idea alot of parts are interchangeable btwn themselves and Acura.

well.....now I found this.

stating they are the same, you might want to pick up a set and try em out.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=571035

what he (97+lude driver) is stating is that the "ITR guys" run Legend(non GS) replacement rotors (Because they are cheaper I believe..) If you can just confirm this would some other ITR owners here...then you could possibly run those. however, he did not specify front/rear or both?

anyone want to chime in?

my guess is they are the same, since Honda is known to be a huge fan of the parts bin

i would take your rear rotors off, take them w/you down to napa that way you can compare...and use some calipers to pull dimensions

Thanks. I must be slipping, I missed that post. I think he is speaking of the fronts tho. So I guess Legend Coupe 94-95, 97+ Prelude, and ITR are the same fronts.

I will have to take the rears down and open some boxes!

It's going to take some time tho, cos I live in Podunk. Even with a Honda scene blowin' up here (mostly ricers - gack!), nobody keeps this chit in stock, not even Acura. Have to wait a week or more for orders also. Sux.
