Default Advise wanted on engine set up B18C1 for track racing.

Hi,

I recently bought a B18C1 with new 85 mm AEBS sleeves and new 13.5:1 pistons and rods.
Now I have a ITR for track racing. I want to take out the copmlete engine & head and keep it together as a spare engine. I have a B16A head (stock) . Now I would like to have some advice on building the head to fit on the 85 mm sleved block. D I have to pen the combustion chambers to 85 mm ? If not what will happen ? What valves should I put in it and springs and retainers , should I deck it ? Any special tricks here on porting . Should I install bigger feul injectors ? or jusrt raise the FP ?
Here are the parts I have for this set up :
B18C1 85mm + B16A head , skunk2 stage II cams , mugen ECU , Apexi vafc , JG edlebrock intake maifold , STR 70mm T/B , lightened flywheel .
What WHP can I expect out of this set up ?

On your recomendations , please note that I an a lone Honda addict living Belgium Europe and all I want to buy I need to buy it in the USA because here there is nearly nothing available!

I also plan to buy an AN-R.com compact header , does it work ???

Have a look at the cars I am racing with in Belgium http://www.racepictures.be click on circuit and then on BTCS (BelgianTouring Car Series)

Thanks for all your help USA
