Default LSD diffrences, help

What is the difference between aftermarket LSD's and stock honda LSD's see there is a guy who has an ATS that he wants to sell me, and then there is a gguy who wants to sell me an type r lsd. this will go on my ls turbo. any help would be great

I use a quiafe but factory works well if the gear set is in good shape.

Camp1320 has them for 785 shipped for all applications. I got mine from them and put it in on Sat., what a difference, its a totally different car.
