Default My Turbo D16z6 Civic

Hey guys, just took some pics of my new custom turbo setup. Just finished installing it thursday night and it's running real well. never driving a turbo car before, this is definetely an awesome feeling! I've got a Turbo XS RFl coming and a DSM sidemount waiting to go on along with welded aluminum charge pipes too. but for now, it's running fine cause it's pretty cold out here in Wisconsin

Hey, props for a DIY attitude!!! I respect people that get their hands dirty.

Ya'know for the price of that authentic mugen strut tower bar, you could've had a nice FMIC

That blue acrylic box on top ofthe intake mani, is that for the IAT sensor? You should post some details on that.

How much boost ya running?

I can provide you with a chip that will handle all your fuel managment without check/valves or missing link, and it will let you get rid of that FMU.

Clean car man, coming along very nicely.

I'm runnin 6 Psi right now, the blue acrylic box is sort of a homemade missing link, just a sealed shut box with a check valve in it with to fittings on each end. And yes, the BOV is in the mail, and the IC will go on very soon. Thanks for the positive feedback !

Looking good, but like everyone said bov and ic. Also that fmu line is really close to the manifold. I would relocate asap.
