question: ef8 crx sir rad support
for the jdm front end conversion... would you need the whole front support? like with the headlights fit in.. or do you just need the rad part? the T looking part?
if you had the whole front cross member, it would work.. but you would have to cut out off your USDM one, and then weld the new one on. The rad support doesnt help things any... i put a EF8 front end on my CRX.. everything lines up pretty well, but the hood latch doesnt latch right, the latch in the hood is too far forward.. so you need to modify it some.. shim the rad support and move the latch on the hood back.
check out my how to link and see if this helps you. if you have any questions, feel free to email or IM me!

you also need the jdm bumper supports--i dunno what they're called, but they're the ones that holds the bumper bolts behind your bumper lenses. put those on with the jdm rad support and the headlights and hood should be ok.
here's the link of the bumper supports:

actually, you don't need the jdm bumper support. if you've access to a grinder, you can modify your stock bumper support to allow fitment. let me know if you'd like pictures of what i did...

so even if you have all the parts... hood, bumper, fenders, rad support, all lights...... its not a easy bolt on? theres more modifcations to do?
I had to do some adjust on my ef9 for my j spec front end to look right. I remember that i had to replace the bumper support mentioned in the other adjustments listed as well. I replaced the rad support and everything.I also had to re wire the head lights.
