next build up ideas here for intertune tv
K series is the way to go!!!
I want to see a K24 block with a deckplate, long rods, stock crank, high compression, ported K20a head, 6spd, big cams, ported head, valvesprings, retainers etc...big header, im, etc...
340whp ALL MOTOR!

I also would be more intrested in seeing a K-series build up.
However, since there are not too many parts, I'd recommend either an H22 (preferably) or a built to the max B20. B series has been done to death already!

the k-series would be cool but i have to wait for a good engine managment system to appear. aem is coming out with their k system soon so it might be possible. also hondata can do some things with it. also i would not want to pull the engine out of the car. this makes the build more difficult for the average guy at home. if we only pulled the head and the pan that would be ideal. 250 whp from 2.0 liters is 125/liter about the same as our b16 build up. the k is more efficent so 130/liter should be possible on 91 octane. a fully developed 2.6 liter k-series drag motor should make well over 380 whp so im sure most ppl will be able to easily make 340 or so. but that doesnt really apply to street motors. i mean any company with a lot of money and a time dedicated to building a drag motor will see good results, although impressive. it really does nothing to benefit your street motor. thats why i have started this, to help fill in the void.
it has to be applicable for the street. 12k is a little high, not to mention the gear ratio would have to be changed dramatically for that kind of rpm.
not alot of people do d-series. I would like to see a d-series build up, because its affordable, and most cars come with them in the first place. I am curious to see what you can pull out of a d16z or something.

Well I think a K-Series or F20C build would be the best for "entertainment" factor, but really if you are looking to do something to reach out to a wide audience then obviously the GSR or LSVTEC is going to be the way to go.
I think with your expertiese a good OEM type of build up to show how much power can be had from just using OEM parts. Also a good idea would be to show the limits and what could be made on 91-94 octane. As these seem to be the most popular type of builds and most asked questions.
Just some ideas.
