d16y7-16y7.. starts(kinda) bad IDLE 1000 rpm to 2000rpm.. whats wrong here.. no cel codes, runs perfect when not on idle.. i plugged the cruise control on the back manifold

what do u mean bad idle, does it bounce? If so it probably a vacuum leak

 

yes it bounces from 1,000 to 2,000 rpm's.. and it's a new engine from a kunkyard.. why would it leak, nothings been taken off

 

Try bleeding your coolant too it might some air bubbles in the system that making it surge like that.
