ok here is the cheapest bang for the buck that I could come up with....
B18c1 longblock from Hmotorsonline.com
Head:
Skunk2 Stage 3 cams
Skunk2 Cam gears
Skunk2 Ti retainers/valve springs
Ferrea Valves intake/exhaust
p&p 3 angle valve job
ARP head studs
AEBS intake manifold
J's racing CF intake
68mm TB
Header tech/hytech.... one of those $1200 headers, and Mugen twin loop exhaust.
Block
Stock bore
CTR pistons
ITR rods
APR rod bolts
Balanced and blueprinted
Tranny
B16a2 with Quaife LSD
Once the motor is build its going on my car... and I'm selling my B16a2 longlbock to get some cash.
Compression should be around 12:3 with just the pistons and 2 layer head gasket... with flat faced valves... i dunno what it would be.
What do you guys think? reliable... but powerfull right?... hell of alot cheaper than most all motor setups... but still pricey

What ECU program are you planning on running with that setup, and do you have an upgraded fuel pump and/or FPR in those plans? If not, I'd advise them.
Chris I now Stve at Hmotoronline, how much did you pay for the B18C1 Long block only? no S&H That set up Looks Nice Like 205WHP and High 13sec in Your civic Si 99 street tires O ya get the Skunk2 stage 2 cam's and ITR valves, ITR piston tund Like 210WHP 13.7

ditch the skunk2 springs and retainers and go with the full ferrea spring/retainer setup. i think they offer better valve seats compared to oem.
much better
and lose the itr rods with ctr pistons and get lighter weight connecting rods and forger pistons like ib wiseco or CP pistons
jun3 cams might make more power up top compared to the skunk 3's
get some acl engine bearings and u should be good to go up to 10 and a lil more
i hope u have extra money for some tunign wiht a hondata or aem ems setup

The JUN 3's will not make more power than the Skunk2 Stage 3's, from what I've read, the Stage 3's are race only or for a block that is very well put together, I would be very suprised if the JUN3's lay down more power than the S2S3.

Ther is a 2WHP differenes betwen Jun3 and Skunk2 stage 2 cam's Jun make like 2more whp I seen the doyn on full built ALLMOTOR
