Will the Comptech 4-2-1 header bolt on without any modifications?

I have the stock ITR b-pipe and muffler. Will the Comptech header bolt on without any modifications?

Noob question: How does an aftermarket exhaust w/ a 2.5 inch b-pipe bolt on to your stock cat? Wouldn't you need a 2.5 inch cat to bolt on to the 2.5 inch b-pipe?

Which comptech header? 2.25" collector or Race header?

should bolt right up to the stock cat.

Cool, thanks. Can anyone answer my noob exhaust question? I've never installed an exhaust before so I was just curious on how a 2.5 inch exhaust bolts right up to the stock cat.
