Default Hatch got back in to today =(

As if my week wasn't going bad enough!

I get out of class today, walk down the hill to my car (I go to WKU). notice the guy that I parked diagonally behind is gone... I park this way because I pay him a little bit of money to park there for the semester so that I definately have a spot to park in.

Anyways, I figure that he just got out fine because the car is little, and he had tons of space to move. Turns out I was completely wrong!

He backed directly in to my passenger side fender... Then when I called him and asked, he told me that he didn't do it.. what a lying stack of crap.

Then to top it all off, he tells me to take it up with my insurance company...

Moral:
Never trust your brothers friends around your car.

Just take it up with insurance. You should have gotten his license plate number at least.

that's messed up. Although I am not understanding why you pay him. Looks like you only need a new fender and corner though. Is that side of the car cursed or something?? ALOT of 4g civics are hit on the right side fender.

actually .. the interesting part is, I lost the corner mysteriously on the way to dbdrag this weekend.. I heard a loud noise.. almost shook my car... I pulled over, and my clear corner was gone.. just completely ripped off out of thin air..

anyways..

I pay him because he lives close to campus and lets me park in his driveway...

BTW

For anyone who reads this, I am now looking for a cheap 90-91 civic hb pass. fender.. let me know what you have!

The guy selling the parts above.. what is your price on them?

Did you report a hit and run? I would have and then if the police are like mines here, tell them who you think did it and they should investigate it by seeing if the guy has any damage to his car. Then from there you can take the police report either to his insurance (if he is guilty) or to your insurance. (if you want)

It should be pretty obvious if he did do it. Just look at his car. If he hit your car, there won't be much denying it.

i dont think you can do anything about it since you were parked on his driveway (his property).

What you can do is take a look at his car to see if there's any of your paint on there. If he still denys it... just bash his car

Dang what a jerk. Well my car just recently got hit on Sunday by two chics in a big *** 4dr Ford truck. My car was parked and the backed up into it, only damage was busted headlight and dented the hood above the headlight. Thank god they stopped, anymore i think they would of went over it. Oh well its getting fixed. Hope yours get fixed to.

At least you only need a fender....and there is no frame damage. It couldv'e been worse. Get a OEM fender, the aftermarket ones don't line up as true.OEM =

Aftermarket fenders are only like $40. I was looking yesterday, but I forgot the website.

Brand new will cost you a pretty penny...if you have a local junkyard I'd try to find a clean OEM one.....that's what I do. I bought two mint OEM ones from my yard for my hatch for $60! Hick didn't now what people would pay.
