JDM EK4/9 tail lights differences...

are there differences in these??? one has solid red for blinker and another clear???? i just ordered the last pair from passwordjdm. and i was just wondering if they are the same

I found a pic of a '97 type-r. those are red unless my eyes are decieving me....then i looked at 99 pics...clear
