Default best way to tune my GSR

Just yesterday I had installed my JDM 4-1 header, a new Carsound cat, and a 2.5" stainless steel cat-back exhaust which uses a Magnaflow resonator and muffler. Now, I'd like to get to a dyno to fine tune this set up and was wondering what y'all recommend as far a using a new ECU and/or VAFC controller. Both are legal in my SCCA Solo II class (STS), so I'm looking for the best set up to eek out as much HP & TQ as I can. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Casey
