Default Will this be safe?

I've got a '97 GSR, 102k miles, ITR pistons (usdm), and I was wondering if I bought a standard drag, revhard, max rev, etc. turbo kit, and ran it at the "stock" 7 psi, would my engine be safe? I've got a V-AFC in the car now, but don't know how long it would take to get an appointment with the tuning shop. any info appreciated.

do a compression test to see what condition your engine is in - I think you will be fine.

oh and I've got '01 prelude injectors that I'd throw in when installing the turbo, I think they're 330's or something?

10.6:1 Compression, 7 PSI would be okay with some tuning

go with uberdata over VAFC, it's abou the same price and 1000X more flexible.

I believe that prelude injectors are peak and hold.....so you will need a resistor box....

Ya they are 290cc....but also peak and hold....if i am correct...pick up some 450cc DSM's for about 50 bucks on ebay....and go to homemadeturbo.com..and they tell you how to build a resistor box...

The VAFC Hack is cool...But you will still run a N/A timming map..so make sure you take care of that...
