Well if you compare the specs' for the H22A
Lift / Angle / Lift (mm)
SKUNK2
Stage I
IN. 0.475, 255 (12.07mm)
EX. 0.436, 255 (11.07mm)
Stage II
IN. 0.505, 270 (12.83mm)
EX. 0.465, 275 (11.81mm)
JUN
Profile I
IN. 0.362, 248 (9.2mm)
EX. 0.303, 244 (7.7mm)
Profile II
IN. 0.480, 296 (12.2mm)
EX. 0.441, 296 (11.2mm)
Profile 3 (i wouldnt bother)
IN. 0.303, 240 (7.7mm)
EX. 0.354, 252 (11.2mm)
So yeah the skunk2 stage 2 appear to have a higher lift at a lower angle compared that to the JUN 2's
Anyone with more knowledge about the trade offs with inc/dec lift and higher/lower angle can explain...
Also price wise i believe Skunk2 are cheaper...
I got my JUN parts as a complete package at a special price, yet to try them but
either Skunk2 or JUN should give you the performance your looking for
Just found from another post

In general, in order to gain power you need more duration and lift per amount of degrees or crankshaft rotation . an engine is a big lung....the more you can get un for given volume the more poer you will make........and only a dyno should be used to adjust cam gears.........
_______
I think that answers the question

at the time being i am not concerned about the price as i already have the JUN complete head package...and the skunk 2 cam..just intake right know...i have also decided to dich the euro r itm and get TWM ITB
...i am hoping to achieve somewhere around 230-250hp and about 150lbs at the wheel...is there anything else you think that can be improved on my setup...
also junbb1...nice graph..love the touque curve...nice and flat

thank you
thank you
U might wanna think twice about using 90mm pistons on ur car if its a daily driver. Cylinder wall distortion won't take too long with those pistons which are meant for serious all motor machines, cars that have regular rebuilds. There are some guys running nice all motor setups in the prelude section u might wanna consult. I would do either crower or skunk (stage 2). Jun are good as well but depending on price they might not be worth it. I've got crower 2's and am very happy with them.... They are tuned with hondata and stock bore I'm running over 200whp with them... good for mid to high 13's... nice cams
