will winter weather mess my rims up?
I have volk te37 bronze and i was wondering if these rims get salt corroded or stripped from winter conditions. I know polished wheels get destroyed by salt, but a buddy of mine has the white te37's and he says he has no problems. I would put my stock tires on but the tires on them are real bad.
You're in maryland?
Salt, ice, blah blah. Take them off...now. The short answer is yes, the long answer would involve how much you drive, how much it snows here...how you drive. What size wheels you hve. blah. The salt will eat away at them, not to mention the ice scratching away at them. I don't know how long your winters are there, but here we have 7 month winters. Over time everything goes to crap.
