Help with check engine light / misfires?
Well... I'm getting misfires in cylinders 1, 2, and 4.
I'm also running really rich (cause you can smell it really bad).
I'm trying to pass smog but I have to fix this first...
I have put in new spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. Any help?

I had similar problems with Mugen t-stat and no a/c (more cold air direct to radiator) in fall weather, car was not warming up to temp. Maybe your t-stat is sticking open? Any codes

But would that cause engine misfires? I don't have the codes right at this second, but the car is warming up just fine...

It did on mine, because the plugs where fowling. CEL would come on soon after for random misfires. Didn't reoccur after t-stat was removed.
