This thread isn't pointless? Don't bump crap like this.

I mean cool, foglights without wiring or the switch, which I believe are discontinued so good luck making it work nice like OEM.

Why not buy the USDM ones and just put new PIAA yellow tint bulbs? It would be cheaper wouldn't it? Ahh...the JDM craze.....

I think they look good. I have always loved the yellow lens fog lights. I don't care if they are JDM, USDM, CDM, ABCDSM, etc.. it looks good, I want it.

Or you can buy the $99 OEM ones, paint the housings black, spray the lenses with yellow glass paint and still get switches, grounds, fuses, wiring harnesses and perfect fitment.

This JDM **** is getting way out of hand.

Not that bad of an idea.. but I have never used yellow glass paint. If it looks as good, it works for me.

I've used the stained glass paint plenty of times (corners, fogs, other people ) and it works really well if you put 6 or 7 coats on your product after letting each coat flash dry. Then don't install them for about 5 hours so it cures up and hardens. Bam, JDM for $3.99 .

What I don't get is why people want yellow foglights. White light is better for visibility and isn't as distracting to oncoming traffic. I'm a function over fashion guy, though, and some people aren't.

You are right. But I would think any fogs are better than no fogs? I don't think I have ever had a problem going head on with yellow fogs, such as IS300 fogs, etc. I doubt I will buy fogs for a long time. I would rather spend that $100 on other stuff.
