My friend has red neons under his car... personally the only ones I like are green, blue and purple screem RICE.. Just out of curiosity how Is he going to get the car on a lift.. for example changing his tires.... I know many of you are going to flame me but im thinking about getting greens since my car is dark green and i was curious if I would have to take them of whenever my car gets worked on...

I think green and red look tight... its not like haveing those widshield squirt thingys...... besides girls are attracted to bright colors

i've *sigh* installed these for ricers....you can still jack the car up no problem since they are put behind where the jack goes.

just let the shop know before hand that you have christmas lights under your car, and they can handle it.

i kno alot of people with neons they regret wasting money on it caz u cant use it much. drive around with it on and u get ur *** pulled over. unless u like to cruse around in a parking lot or like to show off to a bunch of people they are usless.

Just don't do it unless you either show the car or are an attention *****. But yes, they are "supossed" to be installed further back from where the jack sits.

He is going to drive it up on the lift just like everyone else.

Im talking about the lifts that lift your car onto the big "x" and the "x" lifts up the body of your car.. the lift points are only like 3/4 of in inch lower than the rest of the under carage the lights hang lower than that

 

Now children...everyone play nice or I can almost guarantee this thread is going to be locked. Check the terms of service; if you can't be nice, don't post.

EDIT: People can get lowered cars up on the lifts, so you should be able to get the lights up on it. The tires should hit the lift before the lights.
