I'm looking to get a set of shocks/struts. I want a good set for the money. opinions? What can I expect out of aftermarket shocks?

I'd say Koni Yellows, but they are more expensive. So if you don't want to spend all the money, go for the KYB AGX. Depends on your budget.

i have tokico illuminas...it's been over a year and they're still smoooooth...

sounds like everyone likes the kyb agx's though

any of those should work out good...i had the kybs and they worked just fine for me...do you already have springs/camber kit

I am running Tokico HPs (Blues) with H&R Sport springs. The ride is good – I don't do much autocross, so they suit me fine for daily driving. I don't think I'd buy them again, though. They don't suck, but they're a bit noisy, and a bit soft for when I do autocross.

I had KYB AGX on a Nissan Sentra and I wasn't terribly impressed. Next time, I'll try the Illumnas.
