Hey, just curious what you guys are running with this motor and how fast it can be. hehe is what i'm thinking:
p29 pistons
y8 intake manifold
b16 tb
ef-1 cam
dc header
exhaust
and some minor head porting

Looking to get low 14's in my crx...just got nothing to compare to.

 

You should also get a Zynde A/F controller. I think with high CR, nice race/street cam, P&P head and lots of tuning you should be in the 14s no problem.

 

you may not necesarrily need bottom end work to hit 13's with an A6 motor.
we have built several D16A6 setups for customers that have hit 13's on just the headwork and bolt ons.

14's shouldnt be that hard to do.

 

i got a 91 si hatch

going with p29 pistons ' full p&p head shaved 10 thousands

full 2 and half exhaust obd1 conv. p28 ecu chipped with jumper harness/
msd coil cap setup. lightened hermonic b. lightend flywheel and some type of cam = not sure yet . ive been told it will run 13.2 all day on decent slicks'
